We want teenagers and younger children to feel that they can play important roles of our CCSGN operation, and will provide opportunities for them to help every part of our activities. If you would like your teenagers/children to help out at the party (such as selling raffle tickets, counting food contest votes, etc.), please contact Xiaohong Zhao and Ping Li.

If you have any suggestions, questions or concerns about the operation of CCSGN 2011-2012 term, please feel free to contact myself or any members of our management team. If you could, please give them a call to congratulate them and tell them you can help them out if they need extra hands( we still need extra volunteers to fill in those positions which only have 1 person/position) to help serve our CCSGN members and friends. Any efforts, big or small, such as picking up Pizzas, buying water, setting up tables, clean up after party, etc. will be very helpful and are highly appreciated.

So, what are you waiting for? Mark your calendar, spread the words out and invite your neighbors, friends, and colleagues who may not know CCSGN, or may not attend CCSGN parties regularly, prepare the performance and think about the secret recipes for you to win the food contest!

Thanks for all your help and support, and I look forward to seeing you, your family members and friends at the CCSGN 2011 Christmas Party!

Sincerely,

Lingsong Wu President of CCSGN 2011-2012
