As the Mid-Autumn Festival (9/19/2013) is coming soon, I am pleased to announce that Chinese Culture Society of Great Nashua (CCSGN) will hold our 2013 Mid-Autumn Moon Festival Party.

Date: Saturday, September 21th, 2013

Schedule: 5:00PM – 9:00PM
Socializing: 5-6pm
Potluck Dinner: 6-7pm (Moon cakes are served!)
Games/Performance/Raffle Prizes: 7-9pm

2013 Summer BBQ

Dear CCSGN members and friends:

Time flies and it is that time of the year again to invite your family members, friends, neighbors and colleagues to come out and enjoy the wonderful time with old and new friends at our CCSGN 2013 Summer BBQ Party!

Date: Saturday, June 29, 2013 (rain day is July 6)

Time: 10:00AM – 2:00PM

Location: Greeley Park – 105 Concord Street, Nashua NH 03064

Following our traditions, each family please bring in one or more of your favorite dishes with appropriate portion to share with our members and CCSGN will prepare extra foods and drinks.

As you already know, CCSGN is a non-profit organization and it relies on our membership fees and donations to cover costs related to foods, party supplies, etc. Please remember to bring membership fees to the party (one-event fee of $15/family/party) if you have not done so at previous two parties, and we’d greatly appreciate your supports and generosities.

Chinese New Year CCSGN Party 2/16/2013

Dear CCSGN members and friends:

The long anticipated CCSGN 2013 Chinese New Year Celebration Party is on Saturday, February 9, 2013. Besides spectacular performance and delicious foods, there are many other surprises waiting for you, especially for children at the party. So please invite your family members, friends, neighbors and colleagues to come and celebrate the Year of the Snake together.

Location: 45 Pine Hill Road, Nashua, NH 03063 (Chinese Bible Church of Greater Nashua)
Time/Schedule:

5:30PM – 6:15PM Socializing

6:150PM – 7:15PM Potluck Dinner (please bring “enough” 1-2 dishes of food)

7:30PM – 9:00PM Performances

Please register your performance pieces to Mrs. Aloe Luo at aloeluo2002@yahoo.com.cn . The deadline is 2/2/13 to allow enough lead time for creating a final program list.

We are pleased to announce here that Mrs. Wang Liwen, a renowned Chinese cultural activist and long-term CSSGN supporter, will contribute to the performance program.

Before you head to the party, please remember to bring in a check or cash if you have not paid annual membership fees ($40/per family/year, payable to CCSGN) at last Christmas party. You may also consider bringing extra to buy raffle tickets as you are very likely one of the lucky winners and the chance to win is very big.

The holiday season is coming soon. First I would like to wish you happy holidays. Second, I am glad to announce that CCSGN 2012 Christmas Party is on the way too.

CCSGN will order extra drinks, food and prepared gifts for food contest, performers and raffle prize. Before you head to the party, below are a few reminders:

2. Please remember to bring membership fees ($40/per family/year, or $15/per family/per event, payable to CCSGN).
3. Gifts or money donation are greatly appreciated.
